The C2C Blog

Hi everyone,

Welcome to the new C2C blog, a great opportunity for you to upload your C2C stories and memories, complete with pictures. You can also alert the world to forthcoming charity rides you might be doing and get in touch with other C2Cers, so it's a great chance to drum up support. The Forum will remain, but we feel a blog will add a little extra as well as being more user-friendly. Remember, eveyone's trip is different - and each and every trip is different. We want to know what you make of Britain's top route.

Welcome to the new season…

April 4th, 2014 by Mark

As the new season starts I prepare myself for a visit to the C2C, my first since September (shame on me), when I did C2C, Reivers and Hadrians in one go – on a Karlkhoff e-bike. Further shame? I think not. These electric bikes have opened up the roads for a whole older generation, and … [Read More]

Welcome to 2013!

What a start to 2013! I’m afraid I’ve been a fairweather cyclist so far this year and have hardly ventured beyond the roaring grate in my office. I’m delighted so many of you are thinking ahead, though: traffic on the site indicates that even though spring seems a million miles away, many of you are … [Read More]

B&B in Garrigill saves the day

August 6th, 2012 by Mark

Well done Eastview B&B for giving a recent group such warm hospitality. Sorry, uphill. Hospitality can make or … [Read More]
